Note: Cancellations must be made before 23:59 on the day indicated in the relevant policy and in accordance with the time zone where the accommodation is located.
Although owners may set their own policies, they generally apply one of these options:

| 60-day policy | -100 % of the deposit is refunded provided it is cancelled at least 60 days before the date of arrival. -In the event of cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be offered. |
| 30-day policy | -100 % of the deposit is refunded provided it is cancelled at least 30 days before the date of arrival. -In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be offered. |
| 14-day policy | -100 % of the deposit is refunded provided it is cancelled at least 30 days before the date of arrival. -In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be offered. |
| 7-day policy | -100 % of the deposit is refunded provided that it is cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date. -In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be offered. |
| Custom policy | -Some accommodations may have customised cancellation policies, which differ from those listed in the table above. In these policies, additional cancellation conditions and penalty fees may apply. Their conditions can usually be found directly in the description of each accommodation. In the event that the cancellation policy is not displayed, guests should contact the owners directly for information on cancellation conditions. |
